Esther Lalanne is a French visual artist living in London. Since studying animation at Supinfocom, her work explores the representation of bodies and gender politics through a playful and whimsical lens. Esther's love of animation inspires her to create nuanced characters with a focus on strong female characters and narratives.
In this piece created to help families deal with the stresses of the COVID-19 lockdown, her works were voiced by Oscar winner Olivia Colman and Danny Dyer.
Among her commercial clients, Esther has worked for the BBC, Greenpeace, Amnesty International, the NHS and Body Shop.
