NATALIE HARRIS

Natalie Jasmine Harris is an emerging Black queer filmmaker from Maryland, USA. She is a 2020 graduate from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, a Taurus, and has directed award-winning films that span a myriad of genres. In February 2021 she won the Directors Guild of America Award for Outstanding Directorial Achievement for her phenomenal short, Pure.

Passionate about the intersections between filmmaking and social justice, Natalie worked for Elizabeth Warren's Presidential Campaign in 2019 as a Video Intern and recently created a short documentary in collaboration with TIME Magazine and the Biden/Harris campaign.
